DMCA & Copyright Takedown Procedure
How copyright owners and rights holders can submit notices to Dart Host
1. Takedown Notice Procedure
Dart Host respects the intellectual property rights of creators and adheres to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). As an intermediary hosting platform, upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notification, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material.
2. Required Information for DMCA Notice
To submit a valid notice of copyright infringement, please provide:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL of the allegedly infringing file hosted on Dart Host (e.g.
https://www.xtrem.top/view/example-slug). - Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your hosted HTML project was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must meet all statutory requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Dart Host maintains a strict policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of developers who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
