Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 2026 • Governing the usage of Dart Host hosting services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dart Host, registering an account, deploying HTML code, or viewing content served from our network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all incorporated policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.
2. Account Registration & Security
To deploy HTML files, you must register a developer account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information during registration.
- Safeguard your password and developer credentials.
- Notify our security team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Maintain full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account or published URLs.
3. Static HTML Hosting Rules
Dart Host is engineered strictly for static frontend assets (HTML, CSS, JS, SVG, and web media). You agree not to attempt:
- Deploying server-side executable scripts (e.g. PHP, Python, Bash, Node.js binaries) disguised as HTML.
- Hosting malicious phishing portals, scam pages, or malware droppers.
- Flooding the platform with automated denial-of-service or bot traffic.
- Embedding background cryptocurrency mining scripts (e.g., CoinHive-style miners).
4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all HTML code, designs, and content you upload. By hosting content on our platform, you grant Dart Host only the non-exclusive technical license required to store, cache, and transmit your files to web visitors worldwide via our Anycast CDN.
5. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for all public hosted routes. While our distributed caching and automated DNS architecture ensure resilient delivery, we do not warrant that service will be completely uninterrupted during extreme catastrophic datacenter outages or routine system maintenance.
6. Suspension & Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, infringe on third-party copyrights, or pose security hazards to our infrastructure. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.
